Intercultural Psychotherapy

Intercultural Psychotherapy is a form of psychoanalytic psychotherapy addressing conscious and unconscious assumptions that cultural and racial difference can involve. This can lead to a clearer understanding of confusing feelings about identity and life-experiences leading to a more grounded sense of personal identity and social confidence.

It is also relevant for the sometimes overwhelming problems that confront and distress refugees, asylum-seekers and migrants.
